This website is hosted by Create.net, and I use PayPal for payments. Both services may store or process data outside the UK/EU. I take steps to ensure your data is secure, including password-protected accounts and limited access.

• Request corrections to your information

• Ask me to delete your information (except where I am legally required to keep it)

Colours shown are close representations but may vary due to monitor settings.

• Personalised items will be stamped exactly as entered at checkout. Please check spelling carefully, as I cannot be held responsible for errors once work has begun.

Change of Mind

• You have the right to cancel your order for non-personalised items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• This right begins the day you place your order and ends 14 days after receiving your goods.

• You then have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds are issued upon receipt of items in unused condition.

Exemptions

• Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify me within 14 days. I may request photos to help resolve the issue.

• Where a return is required, I will provide a prepaid return label or cover the return postage.

• You may request a refund (including original postage costs) or, where possible, an exchange. Refunds are processed once the faulty item is received.

Order Turnaround Times

All items are made to order, so please allow time for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

The standard turnaround time is 1–4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. This is the time needed to create and prepare your order before posting, and does not include delivery time.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, turnaround times may be extended. Please check the homepage banner for the latest information.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Selecting a faster postage service does not reduce the time needed to make your order.

UK Delivery

All UK handmade orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, depending on the option selected at checkout. All services provide tracking and delivery confirmation.

Royal Mail's estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Tracked 24: Usually 1–2 working days.

• Tracked 48: Usually 2–3 working days.

These are delivery estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

UK orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.

Production Partner Items

Some items are made and dispatched by trusted production partners. These products have their own processing times, which are stated on the individual product pages.

Production partner items include free standard tracked UK delivery. Shipping upgrades and international delivery are not available for these items.

If your order contains both handmade and production partner items, they may be dispatched separately and arrive in different parcels.

International Delivery

International delivery is currently available for handmade items to Australia and Canada. Orders are sent using a fully tracked Royal Mail international service.

Any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping to the United States is temporarily unavailable while I review recent changes to international shipping. I hope to resume US shipping in the future and apologise for any inconvenience.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been posted. If your order is sent in separate parcels, tracking details may be provided separately.

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please get in touch so I can look into it for you. In the rare event that a parcel is confirmed as lost, I will arrange a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

If a parcel is returned because it couldn't be delivered (for example, if it wasn't collected from the sorting office), I am happy to arrange redelivery. Where the return was due to circumstances outside my control, an additional postage charge may apply.
