What is your current turnaround time?
My turnaround time is the number of working days it takes to create your item before posting. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, but please always check the homepage banner for the latest updates (for example, during busy seasons like Christmas).
Items made by production partners follow their own processing times, which are shown on each product listing.
How do you ship orders?
I ship handmade items within the UK with Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48 or Special Delivery — you can choose your preferred option at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
💜 UK orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.
Items made by production partners are sent separately using a tracked service. Shipping upgrades are not available for these items.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Please note: I’m currently unable to post to Northern Ireland due to new shipping and customs requirements. I hope to review this in the future if things change.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — I currently ship to the USA, Australia, and Canada.
USA: Import tariffs are collected at checkout, so there should be no extra charges when your parcel arrives.
Australia & Canada: Any customs fees, duties or taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the buyer.
At this time, items made by production partners are available to UK customers only.
How will my order be packaged?
Handmade items come ready to gift in your choice of an organza bag or a gift box. I aim to use recyclable and reused packaging wherever possible, so your order arrives safely while also being eco-friendly.
Packaging for items made by production partners may differ slightly and will be suitable for safe delivery.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
I don’t currently offer full gift wrapping, but if your order is being sent directly to the recipient, I’m happy to include a short handwritten note on the back of my business card. Just send me a message before or after placing your order.
Please note: handwritten gift notes are not available on items made by production partners.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Each piece is handmade with care, and a little upkeep will keep it looking its best:
Aluminium – Wash with warm water and mild soap, dry well with a soft cloth.
Copper – Can darken naturally; polish gently with a jewellery cloth if desired.
Stainless steel – Simply wipe with a clean cloth.
Sterling silver – May tarnish over time; restore shine with a silver polishing cloth.
Store jewellery in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and chemicals such as perfumes and lotions.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes! Most of my items already have a personalisation box where you can add your details. If a listing doesn’t include one, or if you’d like something completely bespoke, just send me a message — I’d love to create something unique for you.
Do you accept returns?
I accept returns on non-personalised items if you contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and you’ll just need to cover the return postage. Once the item arrives safely back with me, I’ll process your refund.
Because personalised items are made especially for you, and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, they can’t usually be returned. However, if your order arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch straight away and I’ll be happy to help put things right.
Do you use production partners?
Some items are made and dispatched by trusted production partners, allowing me to offer a wider range of personalised gifts alongside my handmade jewellery.
All designs are created or selected by me to ensure they fit the style and quality you expect from Punky Funky Jewellery.
If your order includes a mix of handmade and partner-made items, they may be sent separately and arrive at different times.
